This web site is an informational web site for the Municipal Employees of Johnston Rhode Island. Our Union members belong to the American Federation of State,County and Municipal Employees also known as AFSCME. We are members of Local 1491. There are app 88 members in the Union to date. Derek Palazzo has been hired as the 4-12 Dispatcher at the Police department.
