Executive Board Meeting 3/5/2007

An Executive Board meeting was held on 3/5/2007. The meeting was held for the purpose of approving Treasure reports going back to December 2005. The reason for this was due to the fact that since December 2005 we have not had a quorum at the monthly meeting to pass these reports. All Treasurer reports from December 2005 to and including the January 2007 report were passed. A motion was made by VP Tanzi and seconded by Pres Prata. The board also updated the Sunshine Committee guidelines.
