This web site is an informational web site for the Municipal Employees of Johnston Rhode Island. Our Union members belong to the American Federation of State,County and Municipal Employees also known as AFSCME. We are members of Local 1491. There are app 88 members in the Union to date. It is a Baby Girl!!!!!!!!

Union member Justine Dutilly and her Husband Robert are the proud parents of a baby girl. Alessia Dutilly was born on September 17th 2008 at Kent County hospital. Both Mother and Daughter are doing fine..
